Brian Long graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 1997. After working in the mortgage lending industry for over ten years, Brian joined Hotel and Club Associates in 2010, and earned his MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute in 2017. With Hotel and Club Associates, Brian has concentrated on the appraisal of hospitality properties, ranging from small, budget motels to upscale resorts, Bed and Breakfast/Inns, and dual-branded hotels. Brian has completed over 300 hotel assignments, including appraisals, market studies, and feasibility studies. Most of his appraisals have been concentrated in the Southeast region of the United States, but Brian has also done extensive work in the Mid-Atlantic and Mid-West regions. Brian holds general real estate appraisal certifications in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and Georgia.
