Each year we complete assignments across the U.S. for lending institutions, attorneys, developers, property owners, taxing authorities, and others. Hotels and golf/club properties are a unique blend of real estate and going concern businesses requiring a specialized level of understanding and insight. Our associates have years of experience in the field of real estate appraisal, some holding MAI and SRA designations from the Appraisal Institute as well as the SGA designation from the Society of Golf Appraisers.
