Greg Barrow joined Hotel and Club in 2019 as a Trainee Appraiser, and was certified as a General Appraiser in 2021. Greg graduated from Wake Forest University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. He has been involved in the real estate business since 1983 as a broker, corporate real estate representative, and developer. Greg ran Barrow Corporate Real Estate in Cary, NC for 12 years where he worked with developers of hospitality, multi-family, and retail properties in multiple states. Prior to forming BCRE, Greg was the Vice President of Acquisitions and Development for The Generation Companies in Durham, NC, a multi-state hotel development, acquisition, and management company.
